In keeping with the trend started in 2022 to provide new, and more frequent, groundbreaking events for our club, we have yet another new way to have fun.
On Saturday June 17th, our chapter will have the opportunity to drive 3 paced laps on the long course ( the IMSA course) at Watkins Glen International. We have a reserved start time of 5:00pm with a desired arrival time of 4:30pm for staging and check in.
To receive our group discount you must buy advance tickets yourself for the event online. The discounted price is $25 per vehicle. The link for WGI registration site is below. Use the coupon code provided to all roster members via email to get the 17% group discount. If you wait to pay at the gate on June 17, the cost will be $30 . You must enter WGI at gate 2 that day.
Please review all the rules of the track day at the site and follow them.
To make the day complete it will start with a meet up at the Rochester Alfa Romeo Dealer,
3865 West Henrietta Road in Rochester. Please arrive at the dealer between 1 and 1:30 for a beverage, socializing and showroom visit before we head down to WGI as a group.
After the event, for those not driving home immediately, we will drive back to Victor for a dutch treat dinner at the New York Beer Project ( link below) . This place is conveniently located near the 490-90 thruway exit close to Eastview Mall
