I have been an alfista and active AROC member since the early ’80s. As one of the original founders of the Texas Hill Country chapter, I served as its first president, as well as treasurer and newsletter editor.  Today, I continue to be the chapter treasurer.  At a national level, I previously served on the Board of Directors from 1992 until 2002.  During my tenure, I served as the manager of the Chapters’ National Newsletter Exchange and Recognition Program, as well as AROC website administrator (accepting the challenge of developing the first national website), and briefly, Alfa Owner Liaison.
