This Alfa Romeo Duetto has been in our family for over 30 years and has been a cherished weekend club touring car every spring and summer in the Pacific Northwest.
About 20 years ago, a fresh 2.0L engine was built and installed, greatly improving drivability while retaining the car’s classic character. The original 1600cc engine is included with the sale.

This Duetto has had an extensive professional restoration, finished one year ago. Driven 520 miles since. The engine has been completely rebuilt as has the transmission. Suspension has new Konis and springs. Perelli Cintaros are mounted on original rims. The body has been hand sanded and painted the original color. The engine compartment and trunk have been completely detailed. All trim polished and/or replaced with N.O.S. The interior is completely new and reupholstered as is the convertible top. A complete file of all receipts will go with the car as well. There are many other upgrades but cannot list all of them here. Every effort was made to keep this Alfa as original as possible. It has a great sound and is a joy to drive.

A bit of a rescue in 2015, nice original color and unusual Melber wheels. New Gary Martin Spica, 2 new calipers, 2 rebuilt. Excellent dash and canvas top, all components 100% operational. Starts everytime, driven about 2k miles since back on road. Visible metal repair of floor, and end of rocker repair seen in wheel wheels with a skim of bondo on outer rocker. Eriminas chassis stiffener. Drivers seat has split, all vinyl and plastic trim present in car and trunk. Carello headlight covers, new black seat covers and other miscellaneous parts in boxes. Less than 10,000 miles on replacement engine professional rebuild. Converted to Weber carbs. Replaced with new parts the Brakes Rotors and pistons, steering box, gas tank, tires, heater core, and many more items. Good mechanicals, but no show car, call it a scruffy driver, just right for club tours and real world use. Engine: Motronic pistons, euro cams, dellorto 45 carbs, tube headers, Centerline electronic distributor, recent head gasket replacement, good exhaust system: sounds great! Suspension: Dave Rugh springs, Bilstein shocks, adjustable A-arms, Panasport 14X7 in. wheels with Falken Azenis 195/60 R14 summer tires, steering box rebuilt. Body: a 20 footer!; original top, plus nice leather-look vinyl drape from a newer spider covers the top when folded down; Carello plexiglass headlight covers. Interior: Black cloth upholstery in “factory” pattern (much more comfortable than original vinyl), original wood wheel. All records from my ownership.
