Mechanically sound, good motor runs strong and and rebuilt transmission (new synchros) Shifts smooth.
Fuel injection, cooling system and brakes all work well.
Dark blue leather seats and convertible top in good condition.
Lower outer body panels rusted/clear coat peeling off. I have nearly all of the replacement panels (nib) that I procured from Centreline Automotive: front and rear valances, (under door sill) rocker panels for both sides and (4) wheel arches.
This car runs and sounds great. Needs to go to someone that can manage the required body work to bring her back to looking as good as she runs.
I will include the replacement body panels in the sale for $ 3,300.

2nd owner (purchased in 1994) 164 L 5-speed red/tan leather that needs 3rd owner who has the ability and is willing to put it back into the condition it deserves. Original condition never in an accident and no rust always carport or garaged; original interior. Clean title. But, needs some work including: clutch slips when hot, engine leaks oil, brake fluid leaked out probably through failed flexible brake lines, power steering leaked out and left with manual assist, 12 V power draw with key off (probably HVAC unit), stereo not working, and sunroof control panel broken and hanging. Comes with original owners manual and set of factory service manuals.
