Purchased by Joe Nastasi along with a number of other Competition Alfa Romeos from Autodelta in 1975 in a disassembled state. Over the next few years, Mr Nastasi restored and built what could be considered the Ultimate Alfa GTAM. No expense was spared and no hi performance modification was overlooked with the goal being the quickest and most reliable GTAM in existence. An exemplary win loss ratio of 85% speaks to the success of these efforts.

California Blue Plate (GT JR). Ex Scooter Patrick. Purchased in 1970. Maintained originally by Alfa Factory service center in El Segundo where rear sway bar, sport Koni's, and Personal steering wheel installed. Original Ate brakes. Later upgrades including Euro spec 1750 with 40DCOE Webers, 32mm chokes, and late Euro cams, 1970 GTV front seats, GTA upper control arms. 95% original body shell, unmolested fender lips, original dash cap and door panels. Taken apart and painted late '90s. Reassembled with new suspension bushings, all new rubber parts and windshield seals, refinished stainless parts and bumpers, new headliner as original, rebuilt engine, trans, and diff. (4.1 posi.) Few kms since painted and never in rain. Needs nothing.
